To complete this course you need to write a brief literature review on the topic of your course paper. It should be based on the discussion of 3-4 articles you have collected for your course paper and contain 600-650 words. You should demonstrate your understanding of the topic area your course paper is devoted to and the connection between various sources you have chosen to review. Dear All, today you are going to get acquainted with an online collection of open access journals ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_access_journal ) in linguistics. Your task will be to do the following: 1. Choose one of the jourmals with open access from them directory at  http://doaj.org/ . 2. When in the directory, search for Linguistics and you will get about 30 000 hits. Look through the first couple of pages of hits and choose a journal that seems to be more interesting.
